Experience 


Alison was called to the Bar of England and Wales in July 2010, qualifying as a barrister.  She cross-qualified as a Solicitor via the QLTT route, and qualified as a Solicitor in December 2013. She has over six years' of post-qualification occupational disease litigation experience. 

Alison is an Associate in the insurance litigation team in Manchester. She deals with a range of occupational disease cases. These include noise induced hearing loss claims, hard/arm vibration syndrome, asthma, upper limb disorders, repetitive strain injuries and stress/harassment claims.   

Alison has contributed to providing training on occupational asthma housing asthma claims.
