Experience

David is an enthusiastic professional liability adjuster with over 13 years of field investigation experience having worked in the insurance industry for 19 years. 

David specialises in a broad range of liability investigations from Employers, Public, Products, Motor, Industrial Disease, Highways Act and Railway cases on a mix of pre-litigation and litigated cases.

He has experience liaising with Underwriters, Brokers, Insureds (including self-insured clients), solicitors and other supporting experts in the claims process. He started in the industry working for a major international insurer securing a grounding in all types of personal injury related liability cases, before going on to work for a national Loss Adjusting practice specializing in employer/public liability investigations for clients.

David developed his experience with a legal diploma and went onto work for a law firm investigating EL, PL, third party motor, Railway and Industrial Disease cases providing national coverage.
