Experience

Emma has acted for a range of clients in relation to a variety of commercial agreements including reviewing and drafting terms and conditions of sale and purchase, supply of goods and/or services agreements, services agreements, distribution agreements, transitional service agreements, facilities management agreements confidentiality agreements, consultancy agreements, research and development agreements, novation agreements and variation agreements. 

Emma advises on consumer law matters and has been involved in the review and amendment of the website terms and conditions of sale and associated documentation and policies for large online retail clients. She has also undertaken large-scale website review projects for a national airport group and an international cosmetics company in order to report and advise on the clients' compliance with consumer law and provide relevant recommendations to ensure their compliance going forwards.

Emma also has experience in reviewing and drafting various intellectual property agreements including software licence agreements, intellectual property licence agreements, intellectual property assignment agreements and domain name transfer agreements.

Emma has vast experience of undertaking commercial, intellectual property and data protection due diligence to assist with corporate transactions, including advising on appropriate pre- and post-completion recommendations and drafting suitable warranties for inclusion in Share Purchase Agreements.
