Eva regularly accompanies national and multinational restructuring processes including complex business transfers, often within matrix structures. Negotiation with works council and union are part of her day-to-day business. Furthermore, HR data protection and compliance matters (investigations, implementation of whistleblowing hotlines, codes of conducts and so on) take up a large part of her consulting practice as well as all questions related to temporary employment and sourcing.
Main focus are clients in the hospitality, automotive, insurance and technology sector.
"Eva Einfeldt is a very experienced lawyer, with whom ZWILLING has been working together in a trustful partnership for almost 20 years. In addition to her professionalism and negotiating skills, we also value her experience with regard to international labour law matters, which is indispensable for us as an internationally operating company." Nina Tubic, Global Head of Human Resources, Zwilling J.A. Henckels AG
"I have been working with Eva since 2003. In all these years she has accompanied my companies from simple questions of labour and employment law to very complex issues in connection with acquisitions or social plans. She has always acted very pragmatically and - this is certainly always very important in Germany - with a lot of tact and sensitivity and has sought good solutions. I can't remember a single case in which she didn't "get the most out" possible with meticulousness, speed and social competence." Dr. Ingo Osterheld, Managing Director of FREYTAG & PETERSEN GmbH & Co. KG
“Eva has the capability to communicate complicated legal issues simply and tailored to the recipient – which had been invaluable especially during various negotiations with the works council. Her communication skills in addition to her distinct social competence make Eva an effective and very likeable lawyer with strong negotiating skills.” Karl-Michael Loleit, at times HR Director Germany & Austria of Antalis GmbH
