Graham has more than twenty five years' experience working within the civil litigation sector in Scotland and has advised and represented clients in most areas of contentious civil practice before all levels of the civil court system there working with small, medium and large law firms and a full range of clients from private individuals to businesses and institutions. He called as a solicitor advocate with rights of audience before the higher civil courts in 2004. He has Masters' degrees in advanced litigation, and mediation and conflict resolution. He has experience of regulatory work and is currently a member of the Rules, Conduct and Guidance sub-committee of the Law Society of Scotland. His extensive range of experience is of assistance in the conduct, negotiation and resolution of professional negligence claims.
