Experience

Greg deals exclusively in commercial and insurance litigation, with a particular interest in agricultural claims. Other areas of expertise include product and public liability, professional indemnity, subrogated recoveries, construction and engineering and policy coverage disputes.

Greg's recent experience includes defending a £2.3m claim arising out of an allegedly defective disinfection system used by a professional plant grower; advising a major bank on a claim against their former solicitors valued at just under £2 million and advising insurers on a multi-million pound business interruption claim arising out of a fire at a gym.

Greg is a member of Bowdon RUFC and regularly plays for the club. He watches Sale Sharks and skis, but not at the same time, whenever he can.
