Experience

Internationally, he has worked on disputes in Oman, Dubai, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil and Peru to name a few jurisdictions typically against state owned entities or enterprises.  

His most recent experience includes representing companies against a state owned energy company in Peru, advising on liability following the collapse of a Brazilian dam, representing clients against energy and construction companies in Colombia and representing clients against a state owned energy company in the UAE.

He regularly advises clients on comparative law issues, procurement and investment disputes and all insurance and reinsurance disputes (including Property, CAR, EAR, PL and PI).
