Experience

Jo trained and qualified at Beachcroft specialising in professional indemnity insurance litigation and after working at Norton Rose in Sydney in commercial insurance litigation and financial lines she joined the Commercial and Professional Indemnity team at Fishburns in 2011. Fishburns subsequently merged with DWF in 2013 and Jo continues to practice in commercial, professional indemnity and insurance law.

Jo specialises in the defence of professional indemnity claims of all disciplines (surveyors, accountants, brokers), but with a particular emphasis on solicitors and barristers. She also has experience of multi-jurisdictional matters, debt-recovery actions, financial lines, D&O and high-value/large-scale litigation.

Jo advises on insurance coverage issues commonly associated with professional indemnity claims and has experience in-house through secondments.
