Experience


Leah works on a variety of banking and finance transactions including bilateral, syndicated and club deals. She was invited to speak at the annual Loan Market Association (LMA) conference, recognising her expertise with LMA facility agreements and Leah has delivered training to several clients on the topic. Leah works with clients in the large corporate or midmarket sectors and has worked on cross-border transactions. Her main financial institution clients include HSBC Bank plc, Clydesdale Bank plc, Barclays Bank plc, NatWest Bank plc and Coutts & Company. She undertook a secondment to HSBC, advising the Large Corporates Team. 

Leah is an advocate for diversity and was Chair of the Women Lawyers' Division of the Law Society from September 2016 – September 2019, leading the Law Society's response on the key issues facing women in the legal profession. Leah's role as Chair involved speaking on and hosting panel events, running the flagship return to work course and championing women's rights across all forums.
