Experience

Marc is a personal injury senior associate in the CAT PI and Occupational Health team at DWF. He qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and joined DWF in 2014.

He has extensive experience representing market leading insurance companies in a wide variety of matters covering employer’s and public liability claims, RTA’s and product liability cases, as well as insurance policy issues. Marc has a keen interest in cases with a sporting element to them.

He has handled high profile matters in the catastrophic injury field, including a claim for an alleged career-ending injury made by an ex-England cricketer, and a matter involving a Chinese national based in Shanghai with complex care and loss of earnings issues, as well as many other brain and spinal injury cases.

He has completed his civil Higher Rights of Audience, and was appointed as a Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts) in April 2015.

In his spare time, Marc enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, going to the theatre, and watching his beloved Tottenham Hotspur.
