Experience

Michał advises mainly on public (regulatory) bank, payment services and capital markets law. His experience includes the implementation of various EU directives and regulations and representing financial institutions in various proceedings before administrative (regulatory) bodies. 

During his work at the Polish financial regulator Michał gained unique experience in the field of regulatory aspects of bank, capital markets and payment services law, with particular reference to the investment activity of banks.

Thanks to the full-time secondment at one of the banks in Poland Michał gained experience of an in-house lawyer in a bank belonging to one of the biggest international financial groups.
Michał is a lawyer and an economist. He holds a PhD in Law. Michał is the author of several articles on financial law.
