Experience

Nick provides specialist support to clients across a variety of regulatory disciplines, working with them to develop robust governance and compliance controls, as well as conducting sensitive internal investigations into specific issues/allegations of wrongdoing.

Nick has experience representing companies and individuals in investigations and prosecutions by the CPS/Police, Health and Safety Executive, Office of Nuclear Regulation, Environment Agency and numerous Local Authorities.
