Experience

Sarah provides a holistic approach in her advice and does not underestimate the importance of truly understanding her clients and their aspirations and goals. Sarah is able to guide them through a number of regulated sectors regarding both contentious and non-contentious aspects.

Sarah is experienced in terms of compliance by way of internal risk management strategies and robust policies (e.g. dawn raids and anti-bribery and corruption) and providing advice during a crisis, be that as an active member of DWF's 24hr Crisis Response Service or a client detained for interview under caution. Her ability to draw on her significant experience and provide objective advice and identify a clear strategy from the outset in a calm manner can significantly influence how an investigation or prosecution develops. Sarah is an experienced advocate before the Magistrates', Crown and Coroner's Courts, in addition to other tribunals and is able to utilise her knowledge and experience to the benefit of her clients at key stages of any investigation and beyond.
