Tim is an experienced lawyer who acts for a wide range of clients defending all types of personal injury claims, with a particular focus on employers' liability claims. Tim also regularly advises clients on insurance policy wording and coverage disputes.

Tim's experience extends to defending high value claims involving complex physical and psychiatric injuries as well as catastrophic injury and chronic pain litigation. 

Tim also has extensive experience defending exaggerated and fraudulent claims.

Over the last three years or so, Tim's focus has been on defending claims against schools, academies and other educational institutions.
