She provides assistance and advice to directors and management, ABLs, banks, insolvency practitioners and other stakeholders involved in restructurings and insolvency events.

With substantial experience in all forms of insolvency events, Julie's areas of expertise have historically involved business and asset sales/acquisitions and distressed property situations. In recent years she has become more active in insolvency litigation and also in restructurings outside of formal insolvency events.

She is a member of the firm's Professional Services and Education sectors with experience also in advising charities and their trustees through potential insolvency situations.

As a former immigration officer, Julie once met and granted leave to enter the UK to Tina Turner!
